Quick Tip #8: Cut Down On Of Red Meat


A fast fix for going greener and being healthier is cutting down on red meat. It is bad for you and bad for the planet. Look at how much red meat you eat in a week and try to reduce it by one serving a month (in other words, if you eat red meat 7 times a week try only eating it six times a week the following month, 5 times a week the month after). Trust me you won't miss it that much and you'll feel better in general.
